7-Day Return Window
Eligible items can be returned within 7 days of confirmed delivery.
Eligible for Returns
- Wrong item received
- Defective or damaged product
- Item significantly different from description
- Item not received within stated delivery window
Not Eligible for Returns
- Change of mind after delivery
- Food, beverages, and perishables
- Opened beauty and personal care products
- Items marked as non-returnable on the product page
- Products with removed tags or damaged original packaging
- Digital goods and downloads
How to Return an Item
Contact the Seller
Within 7 days of delivery, open your order and message the seller. Describe the issue and attach photos if applicable.
Seller Review
The seller has 48 hours to respond and accept or dispute your return request.
Ship the Item Back
If the return is approved, ship the item back in original packaging. The seller will provide return shipping details.
Refund Issued
Once the seller confirms receipt, your refund is processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.
Seller Not Responding?
If a seller does not respond within 48 hours or refuses a valid return, you can escalate to Hanmela support. Open a dispute from your order page and our team will investigate and mediate.

Defective / wrong item: Return shipping is covered by the seller.
All other eligible returns: The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise agreed with the seller.
Cross-border returns: Additional customs fees may apply. Contact us before shipping internationally.
