And India's 5,000-year tradition of spices, Ayurveda, handcrafted textiles, and jewellery has found fans in Korea. But buying across borders has always been hard: high import fees, unreliable sellers, confusing logistics, and no trust layer.
Hanmela fixes that. We verify every seller, hold payments in escrow, and handle the trust infrastructure — so buyers get exactly what they ordered, and sellers get paid reliably.

3. Secure Escrow Payment
Payments are held in escrow via Razorpay (India) or Stripe (global). Funds only release to the seller after delivery.

Orders ship with tracking from day one. Estimated delivery windows are shown upfront.

Only buyers who received their order can leave a review — so every rating is genuine.
6. Dispute Protection
15-day dispute window after delivery. Admin mediates any issues and can release or hold escrow funds.
