How long does delivery take?
International orders typically take 7–14 business days. Domestic orders (India-to-India or Korea-to-Korea) take 2–5 business days.
Is my payment safe?
Yes. All payments are held in escrow via Razorpay (India) or Stripe (global) and only released to the seller after you confirm delivery.
How do I return a product?
Raise a dispute within 15 days of delivery. Our team will mediate and process a refund if the claim is valid.
How do I become a seller?
Apply through our Seller Registration page. We review your application within 2–3 business days.
When do sellers receive payment?
Payouts are processed weekly every Monday, after a 7-day holding period post-delivery for dispute resolution.
